Who we are​

We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.

AS I GROW(AIG) is a nonprofit organization which is currently based in Larteh-Akuapem in the Eastern region of Ghana. AIG is a registered National NGO- nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting teenage girls, children, empowering women, youth training, vocational skills and implementing grassroots projects in education, poverty reduction and health care, water and sanitation in the deprived communities in Ghana, West Africa.

Our Mission​
Our mission is to support and implement grassroots projects in teenage pregnancy reduction, empowering women, children education especially the girl- child, poverty reduction and health care in the deprived communities.
We advocate for better standard of living for the people in the deprived communities in Ghana.

Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, professional training, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible.

Our Vision​
To become known and recognized non- governmental and non- profit making organization in Africa dedicated to working to reduce teenage pregnancy, women unemployment, illiteracy among women, youth and children, youth unemployment, poverty and improving the general economic lives of the people in the deprived communities in Ghana.

Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.
